Why is my order status "Hold"?
At least one of your orders has a status of ‘Hold’. There are a few common reasons why:
- You are new to ofi! It will take up to 2 business days to confirm your business to begin the processing of your order. Please send us your Tax ID or W9 as soon as possible to reduce the waiting time, US-Cocoa.SalesSupport@ofi.com
- You may have an overdue invoice with ofi. Please pay any outstanding invoices, so we can quickly release this order.
